Hours of energy, no downside and limited my eating. Best appetite suppresser I have tried out of the bunch. I would recommend it to anyone, even if you need a little extra energy for the day.

boooo! nothing lost except money!
The only reason this review gets one star is because it arrived in a timely manner. Other than that, I took it as directed in addition to my very clean diet & tough exercise regimen. I saw zero benefits from this product. It is supposed to suppress the appetite & increase energy...I had a marked increase in appetite and a significant reduction in usual output during my workout. I am not impressed with this Hoodia product& suggest you look to a different supplement to assist on your weight loss journey.
