Domino Premium Pure Cane Sugar, Light Brown, 2 lb

Use this for my vegan chocolate chip cookies which turned out perfectly the first time, screwed up the second time and success the third time. The screwup was me adding the ingredients in the wrong order, but this ingredient did what it was supposed to do and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

I like buying off Amazon compared to grocery stores because of the price. Trusted products for less markup! Same taste and same quality.

This is the best brown sugar I've ever baked with. Better than any organic or raw cane sugar, and yes, it's way better than C&H. (Sorry, my beloved west coast!) The texture is incredibly silky and you notice a difference in your baked goods. Pair it with high quality flour and grass fed butter (do your body a favor and get some vitamin K in ya) and your cookies will never be the same. Try not to eat it straight out of the bag.

I do prefer brown sugar to white even though I have trying to cut back on sugar but I do prefer this

We Enjoy brown sugar! We will be switching to cane pure organic sugar but this will always have a place in our cabinet .
