I highly recommend L-Theanine. It is the one supplement I won't go without. It helps take the edge off if I'm having anxiety with no side effects and I'm highly sensitive to side effects. It helps me sleep but I can also take in the morning and it doesn't make me sleepy. I usually take one when I'm feeling anxious or when I know I'm not going to sleep well due to hormones. Love it and I recommend it all the time.

It definitely aids in sleep especially after stopping rx sleep aids, however am I the only one who is literally having full blown a24 horror films as dreams every night? Like I’m waking up and going back to bed and they continue lol. The only way they stop is if I force myself to finish the “dream” movie. But yeah definitely sleeping more lol
