"That good ice" machine. Let's start with the basics. It's an ice machine! It fills up the bin with ice over about an hour. This bin is a good amount of ice for about 3 stanley cups filled with ice. It makes a sound about the same as a low hum (it's the fan) or wait! The fan makes a sound about the noise level of a standing fan on low. The water basin holds about 1.7 liters of wait to be made into ice. Under the ice bin is a catch pan for ice that melted at some point. This water DOES NOT recycle (this is part of the reason for 4 stars) and there is a plug on the bottom of the unit to release / empty this catch pin (the other reason for the missing star). You want to make sure unit is empty of ice and feeder water before emptying the catch bin. I have started placing unit over the sink to empty catch bin.Features! The app is easy to setup, advises of the status of unit, can set schedule to make ice, stop making ice, voice control options. Very asthetically pleasing and the light on this unit is bright! The lady loves it and I keep turning it off. Too bright for me to be on ALL the time. Purchased this one because it has more features than GE profile, Cheaper, and after watching some youtube reviews of the Ecozy. This was a no brainer! Highly recommend this unit and already guided 2 other people to purchase it. They saw our Facebook post and had all the questions. I should get some kind of kick back and endorsement deal don't ya think? Anyway, If what I've already said suits your needs GET THIS MACHINE!

Quiet! Quality ice, great features and cool look. Have to use bottled water or it won’t work properly. Bucket is kind of small…but I tried 2 other brands before this and this one was the best.

The Ecozy Smart Nugget Ice Maker IM-NS451B is the best ice maker I have owned! We have had a big need for quite awhile for a solid counter top ice maker and Ecozy has delivered surpassing my expectations! I don’t leave many reviews unless i truly believe in the product and this machine carries through on its promise to quickly make nugget ice and it’s so easy! The app is incredible and self explanatory, the timing functions, self cleaning, light and other extras make it seem like an appliance def for 2025! The compact style fits well not taking much space at all! The clean lines of the machine physically with its well lit and graphic dashboard adds its appeal in a way that leave other makers as just blah. The ultimate test is will is quickly make ice and a lot of it…yes! The quality of ice is superb and it runs so quietly. If you’re looking for an ice maker - this is a no-brainer!

I wanted to love this ice maker so much, but it falls short every time, I’ve had 2 of these ice makers now and I’ve had to return both the first machine had a issue with the self cleaning. I contacted support and they sent me a new one then the new one I got had a very loud sound issue. I contacted them again and they told me to buy a new one, and at that point, I have had enough for the price point. I should not be running into these issues so early and so frequently, but if you can get past the loud noises. and the self cleaning issues there’s actually a great product here it makes ice fast. The ice stays full and cold. It has a very nice design. I love the app control, and Alexa features it does come with a very cheaply made scooper, but other than that, I’m afraid I can’t recommend this ice machine

The media could not be loaded. My ice machine just arrived yesterday. I allowed it to sit overnight to give the refrigerant time to settle before first use. After I cleaned it, I ran the self cleaning mode as per instructions in the booklet. I drained it and cleaned it again and then this video I am making ice. I think it’s quiet. My coffee maker makes 3 times the noise as my ice machine.. it’s beautiful and I super love it has its own cleaning mode. I’m not going to be using the Wi-Fi but it’s nice that it has it for those that would enjoy it. I love nugget ice and now I don’t have to go buy it from sonic anymore.. I did a lot of research before I chose this machine. I almost bought the more expensive one, but the reviews for the other brand or not good. The price was very reasonable $399. I also bought the assurance protection plan for 3 yrs. The protection plan was $172.00I had it in my basket as I was checking out other ice machines and lucked out when I went to place my order there was a temporary $40 price drop. So I ended up only paying $359 + the cost of the protection plan.Love love love this beautiful ice machine and the wonderful little nuggets
