Great cleanse so far, started having a movement at least once or twice a day now before i would have maybe once a day or 2 days. It was very aggressive the first day, but that was my fault for not taking the right amount starting out. I'm on my last week now and i feel great, the first week did alot for me and i'm enjoying this product alot. I"m trying to lose weight as well so i'll be back with how much i lost during this two week cleanse. Good product though, would recommend this and other nutracraft products honestly, i've done the parasite and candida cleanse and those did wonders for me, so i had to try this one.July 2015 UpdateSo I forgot to update my results, but I've ran through three different bottles now and with a great exercise routine I've lost over 50 pounds! These were the only supplements I used along with daily vitamin gummies along with a 3 times a week, 2 mile running cardio plan. Anytime I had a cheat day (and yes icecream, brownies, and cookies were calling me), oh lawwdddd these pills would make me pay for it and put me back on track. But I'm glad though, because these things constantly did their work, especially waking up in the morning. If your reading this, grab them trust me they will do wonders for you! But prepared to be "dropping the kids off at the pool" and "paying the water bill a lot" : - )

You just get what you pay for. I've been using Colon Cleanse for 5 days now. Everyday I went to the bathroom more. You are going to spent your time there, really you are. The first day I drank only one cap, I went 2 times. The second day I took 1 cap again and I went 3 times. The 3rd I increased by using 2 caps I went 4 times. The 4th I used 2 caps and went 5 times. Today I went 6 times until now. which is afternoon. Its really helpful. I lost about 4 pounds, and feel better in the morning with more energy. About side effects I haven't felt any yet. Only stomach cramps but that is normal. Haven't been dizzy, or nauseous at all. I will write another review of it in a couple of days. I sincerely recommend Colon Cleanse by Nutracraft!!!

You better take some free time, because this will not let you leave the house.It works like a laxative and flushes your colon.I thought it would work a little differently, without this bombarding effect ( I take one pill ).I definitely can't leave the house when I take this product the night before.You might want to take that in consideration.

I heard somewhere that a colon cleanse with at least a 80% HCA Garcinia Cambogia extract will help you lose weight. I heard that using a colon cleaser will help clean the gonk from your stomach walls; this allows for better absorption of nutrients, and weight lose supplements. I just happened to pick this colon cleanser using the ennie meanie mighty moe method, because there are so many. Well, I'm happy my moe landed on this product. In combination with this product, and the Garcinia Cambogia, I have lost 7 pounds in 5 days! I've not exerciced much this week and, I'm still loosing weight. Great Product!I will update my results later.Update:Well, even after starting to exercise, I haven't lost weight. However, I would by this again because it did give me lots of increased energy.

The colon cleanse is not working for me, that is why I didn't give a review sooner. I wanted to wait and give the product a fair time period to work for me. The first day I had one normal bowl movement but after that it was only water with no solid waste at all. It makes me sick to my stomach so I have stopped taking it. I don't think this product is for everyone.

I was looking for something to help cleanse me so I could get back to "normal:. This only worked for me if I used it in combination with something else like Mira lax or another type of cleansing product. When I took more than 1 or a combination, I got bad stomach cramps, however it did start working within a few hours, but I had to be sure I was going to be home all day the day I took it all.

This product works amazingly. I subscribed to it because it works so great. Cleanses me within a few hours of taking it. If you take two however be prepared to use the bathroom several times a day and get the runs. I take one daily to stay regulated but I only take 2 when I know I’ll be at home all day because I have to run to the bathroom!

WOW - this is one of the best detox supplements I have ever tried!! Amazing results after 2 days of taking ... really cleans you out to say the least... so go easy lol!! Excellent product have purchased twice and ready to buy a 3rd!!
