Q: Why did Amazon raise the price from $11.55 to $25.21 for this product?

Amazon does not set the pricing guys, the person selling the product (Bissell does) Amazon is just the fulfillment company. So Jeff gets his cut whether they sell it for $1.00 or $100. I sold on Amazon for years and the seller sets the price. Now the exception would be if Amazon is the seller like they are selling Amazon Basics products.

Q: is this returnable if not satisfied?

I've never had to return any of the concentrate. It works as advertised.

Q: Can this be used for portable machines?

What do you mean by "Portable Machines"???? This is for use in Carpet Cleaners that have/require water and a Solvent to be added. Just make sure your machine works with a "Cleaning Solution" diluted in its water tank.

Q: Can this be used in place of the 16oz 2x little green formula for the bissel little green model?

What up, Bro! We actually do not recommend using this formula in our Little Green Machines. Only use our compact formulas like the http://www.amazon.com/BISSELL-Portable-Machine-Formula-79B91/dp/B002S52WWE in the Little Green.
