My functional medicine doctor recommended taking zeolite to clear some mold out of my body. I recently did a lab test and it came back positive for mold. Which she said was causing a lot of my health issues, including me having issues with high histamine levels. She recommended zeolite taken with vitamin C, magnesium, and vitamin D because these nutrients help aid in detox. Also, she said to take it on an empty stomach because it is a binder. It is nice that this product comes with vitamins, immune-boosting nutrients, and other things to help with detoxing. I think that everyone should be taking this stuff as toxins are so prevalent in our environment today. I only gave this product a chance because it says third-party tested, I usually buy from reputable brands, but the reviews on this are good so it seems legit. However, it has a strawberry flavor and sweetness to it and there is no flavoring or sweetener listed on the label, so that has me wondering. All in all, though it looks to be a good product that can be helpful with detoxing. It smells and tastes good, and is a good value. I like that I can take it myself or give it to my kids, I hope that it will help my son with ADHD focus better.
