Turned up quickly and was what I expected. It looks like a computer that has spent several years in an office somewhere. However it works well, and is VERY fast compared to my old desktop that had a disc drive. There are 4 usb ports on the front and 4 on the back. It also has a dvd drive which was a real bonus for me.

The PC is just as I wanted, fast enough for me and for my needs. I was unable to connect my external speakers, so only able to get sound from the internal speaker which is not very good. Tried to get help from the supplier, who asked for and was given my contact number. That was where it stopped!!!! So don't expect help and support.

Arrived securely packed. I was more than impressed when opening the box. The set was in immaculate condition with the appropriate leads. The complete system worked perfectly and after speaking to the suppliers over one query I was treated brilliantly. I am today showing my friend the computer and recommending he buys one.

Very pleased with this purchase. I was apprehensive about buying a reconditioned PC but it was delivered next day, is very quiet and very quick compared to my old Windows 10 PC. Good value for money.

Starts up quickly and is alright on the internet, but it can't do much more than that. I tried RPG Maker MZ on it and it had the blue screen. When I finally managed to get RPG Maker MZ onto it, it was extremely laggy. Even my older i5 pc can play RPG Maker MZ with barely any lag. I would only recommend this pc if you only wanted to browse the internet.

I got this as a gift for an old pal who's old computer packed up.As he is financially embarrassed he was so grateful.He said it was easy to set up and download all the Windows updates which are even now running the latest version of Windows.The disc drive drawer is good for him as he still has stuff on disc.He tells me that installing his oldbprinter was easy, the computer is fast and the Teams thing is much faster & clearer than his old PC.One happy old geezer.Should I need another computer in the future I shall get one of these off Amazon instead of heading to Curry's.

A quality product in pristine condition at a very agreeable price. This is my second renewed Dell PC and it demonstrates outstanding value for money.

I only use the pc for light work, browsing, home office work etc. For me getting a refurbished machine with this spec and a year's warranty at a third of the cost of a new machine was a no brainer.The machine was late in arriving but I was in no hurry thankfully. The unit was clean and started up with no issues.Windows 11 is slightly different from 10 but not a problem. The thing I like the best is it is fast with the 16gb ram.Not one issue with this machine to date. Will review again when warranty is up..... fingers crossed it will be ok.
