Q: Is this dressing antibacterial ?

It does not have antibacterial medication imbedded in dressing. It is of course sterilized.

Q: Can you put on tops of stitches?

Using this on top of stitches should not be a problem. I used them for four months over some nasty wounds and stitches.

Q: Is this product good to use?

It depends… If it’s to be worn under clothing I wouldn’t recommend this product cause it comes off; Otherwise it’s pretty good… I used it while I had a really bad open cut on my knee and it stayed, but if I wore pants, the dressing would unstick.
