how does solid lard get thru a sprayer?

Wagyu fat practically melts at room temperature. I have had no issues getting the dispenser to work.

What is the smoke point?

Its how hot the oil gets before it starts to burn like butter has a low smoke point and other oils you can get a lot hotter before they burn

How does it spray without propellant, just pressurized?

It sprays better than most other spray fats and cooking sprays I have. It’s a great product!
