I chose this product so I could have a USB port for my laptop that isn't made with one. I needed a USB to connect my wireless mouse to my computer. Worked like a charm! connected before I could even blink an eye. All is well. It's nothing more and nothing less of what I needed and works flawlessly.

I bought this for use with my Retroid 4 Pro, as the hdmi port on it was a little finicky. The passthrough power actually passes through as advertised, and the full sized HDMI port means this is the only dongle I need. The build quality seems sturdy, I like the aluminum body.I might get a 90 degree USB C adaptor for it to prevent cable strain, but that's just from how it would sit with the retroid. Might be a consideration to make, but not one I'd hold against this device.It also works quite nicely on my android phone. My phone doesn't respond as well to games while using it, but the retroid uses it like a champion. Both play media back perfectly, just a little lag on games from the phone.

I am spoiled by using 3 screens, and I needed a new connector for HDMI cords. This one worked well. Plug and play. No issues at all with connectivity or lag. For someone who is absolutely dependent on using multiple monitors, this is a must-have item. Simple and it works.

This worked perfectly with no problems. I have tried other adaptors for USB C to HDMI connections and none of them worked. I decided to try this one.There isn't anything to it, unpack it and plug it in.This was for a chromebook, and this adaptor specifically states that it works for chromebooks as well as others. Some alternative ones just talked about windows so perhaps that was the issue.Regardless, this works great, no complaints.

Well I was skeptical because I bought a similar unit a few months back and it wouldn't work with my Chromebook.This, on the other hand, worked as soon as plugged in.The power pass though is great and saves me an additional connection.I am using daily and so far - so great.
