Common criticisms addressed…
I won’t waste time here talking too much about how this thing cooks; I’ve found that this appliance performs exactly how you’d expect a high-end air fryer to perform which is very well. Not too noisy, efficient, good amount of space in the drawers, and the non-stick (a good quality PFOA-free, BPA- free Teflon coating) appears to work well. What I am going to do is address a few of the common criticisms of this machine I’ve seen knocking around:#1. The ‘De-Syncing’ IssueThis is the problem some users have identified when using the ‘Sync Cook’ feature, wherein the individual drawer timers were going out of sync when one drawer is pulled out in order to shake or turn the contents.I was delighted with myself for coming up with a low-effort workaround immediately after unboxing the device; I reasoned that if you simply pressed Start/Pause to pause the cook before taking a drawer out to shake it, then pressing Start/Pause again to resume after replacing the drawer, the de-syncing issue would be solved.I quickly realised my thunder had been stolen: the issue appears to have been solved by a software update, at least in the version I have. Now, when you shake a drawer and replace it, the time for that drawer immediately replicates the time remaining on the drawer that was left in the machine. Didn’t even need my workaround.#2. The ‘Are you kidding, I have to press a button to remove the preheat function and the shake alarm every dang time?’ issue? This is a non-issue. And no, not just because it’s actually quite a small inconvenience that shouldn’t really bother you (as a person who is generally bothered by small inconveniences, I could never subscribe to that viewpoint). The reason is because there is an easy solution, and it is as follows:A. Press your preset of choice, (e.g. ‘Air Fry’).B. Press the corresponding button to turn off the function you don’t want to be active (preheat, shake alarm, or both if you’re really into raw-dogging your cooking).C . Hold down the preset button you are using (in this example, ‘Air Fry’) for three seconds. This will store your settings so that next time you turn the thing on it’ll be set up to be exactly how you want it.(You know how I managed to come up with this revolutionary solution? The sticker on the top of the machine. Yep. Sometimes reading is your friend.)#3. The ‘There's no way to just turn one drawer off mid-cook, so I have to turn the entire thing off and mess up my Potato Smilies or whatever’ Conundrum.Pretty simple one to sort:Just hold down the number of the drawer you want turning off for 3 seconds, and it will power down. That’s another ‘RTFM’ special.#4. The drawers are a bit stiff. They’re not. They’re fine.No solution needed. So anyway, if you like the look of this thing and want an air fryer with pretty simple controls, decent build quality and excellent cooking results, maybe go for this one. Here's just about the best recommendation I can give: I don’t regret buying it, and I'm the poster child for buyers remorse.

Excellent Customer Service and High-Quality Air Fryer!
I’ve been using the Cosori Air Fryer every day for quite some time now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The fryer itself is fantastic – it’s efficient, easy to use, and cooks food to perfection every time. I use it daily without any issues.Recently, I needed a replacement basket, so I reached out to their customer service. To my pleasant surprise, the response was quick, and within just a few days, I received a brand-new basket. It’s great to see a company that stands behind its products and offers excellent after-sales support. The air fryer is still under its 2-year warranty, which is reassuring. I’m genuinely impressed by both the product and the customer service. Highly recommend!

More Than an Air Fryer – A Game-Changer for Quick & Tasty Meals!
I never thought an air fryer would replace my oven… but here we are! I originally bought this COSORI Air Fryer as a temporary fix when my kitchen oven broke, expecting to use it for just a few weeks. Instead, it quickly became a kitchen essential, even after I replaced my main oven. This isn’t just an air fryer—it’s a compact, efficient oven that cooks faster and better than I expected.Fast, Even Cooking & No Preheating NeededThis model is way more than just a chip fryer—I’ve used it for chicken breasts, roasted veg, jacket potatoes, and even an entire small chicken. It heats up instantly (no preheating needed), and food cooks in half the time of a standard oven. A batch of homemade chips takes just 15 minutes or so, and they come out crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.Pros:✅ Works like a mini oven – Air fries, bakes, roasts, and reheats all in one.✅ No preheating needed – Saves at least 10 minutes compared to a regular oven.✅ Crispy food, tender inside – Perfect for homemade ‘fried’ chicken and sweet potato fries.✅ Easy to clean – Dishwasher-safe drawer & tray, though tougher stains might need a scrub.✅ Great size for small families – Ideal for 2-3 people, but for larger meals, you may need a bigger model.Cons:❌ Smart features are limited in the UK – You can monitor via the app, but UK regulations block remote activation.❌ Takes up counter space – Not huge, but bulkier than a basic air fryer.Final Thoughts:This COSORI Air Fryer is a game-changer—fast, efficient, and versatile. Once you realise it’s a small oven, not just an air fryer, the possibilities open up. If you’re considering one, this model is well worth it!

Great appliance, excellent customer service!
The Air Fryer worked fine for six months but then one of the fans stopped working. Cosori's direct support were quick to respond and provided a great solution - I was impressed because I wasn't very familiar with this brand before. The Air Fryer itself is great. The two compartments allow us to cook two dishes at the same time, and their size is more than enough for two people. I think a family of four can also benefit from them.Since we bought this appliance six months ago, We've been using the oven significantly less times.
