Absolutely true to size, I got the small basically because of my upcoming body building show knowing my weight would be less and waist would shrink. Material is durable and good as well.

I used this belt today for doing squats at the gym to compare it to my standard leather with buckle belt. This belt is lighter than my leather belt. Both are 4 inches tall and stiff to support the lower back. To put the belt on I needed to slide the belt out of the loop. The buckle loop allowed me to pull it tight and then easily secure it to the belt Velcro. The feature of Velcro is that the belt can be tightened exactly the amount you want compared to my leather belt has holes for the buckle.I think this belt is good for beginning lifters due to its cost and ease of adjustment. I think I shall continue to use my old belt since I prefer that buckling system.

Perfect belt!

I wanted to wait for sometime using this belt on my different lift days and I can honestly say its perfect for my needs, being squats, deadlifting or even doing row type exercise with barbell or dumbbells. I am a 30inch waist and the pics said to go up a size so went medium and it fits perfectly for all my lifts. Its easy to fold back and put in gym bag too which I love. Definitely an investment worth getting Breaking Limits!

This is a comfortable weight belt that appears to be very well-made. It works perfectly for exercises such as deadlifts and squats. The velcro section is longer than most belts, which provides more sizing versatility than others I have used. This belt can also be folded up, which makes it very portable as it takes up very little room. I can't really see a problem with this product. Give it a try if you're looking for an easy to use lifting belt!

Great looking weight belt. It comes in nice zip cover . Its all black with beautiful bold branding. Offered in different sizes. I got a medium.Materials are high quality its nylon , velcro and solid buckles have fair weight not cheap at all.Since its not leather or suede and made out of more eco-friendly materials might appeal more to folks looking for ethical and cruelty free products.Its not bulky you can keep this in your gym bag and super easy to adjust without any tools like lever belts.Functionality wise these gym belts are designed to provide good bracing to keep you safe from any lower back injuries while lifting.
