Too short for a 6 footer
I have a long torso. While this has adjustments for tightness, it’s just too short. The ball ends up on my shoulder blade, which moves the ball sideward, making it ineffective for me.I can see how it probably would work for a 5’-9” or shorter person.

Taught me to sleep on my side
I give this 4 stars because it did help train me to lay on my side to sleep, however it is very very big, made for a man, I would like it to be a bit smaller and maybe have a way to put it on without having to go over your head.

Not for me not sure if it's working no instructions
This product just isn’t working for me. It’s essentially a strap with a ball on the back meant to improve sleep, but honestly, it’s pretty uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it’s helping with my sleep or snoring since I haven’t noticed any difference after a few nights. Maybe I’m not wearing it correctly? Unfortunately, there are no instructions—just the product photo to go by.

Not very comfy
It's an interesting idea but I found it really uncomfortable. I usually start on my side but end up rolling onto my back at some point in the night. This just ends up waking me up, unfortunately.

Side Sleeper Trainers with a Ball on the Back
It is a great idea to put a ball on your back to prevent sleeping face up. When a ball is in your way, you’ll feel uncomfortable then turn to your side. There are two balls in the box. The soft wooden ball is harder and a little bit better. The tennis ball is softer and doesn’t feel very uncomfortable. It doesn’t help much for a heavy sleeper. The ball might be too small for a large person.

Works great with the cork ball
My husband is a mens XL and this was adjustable enough to fit him comfortably. It comes with a squishy tennis ball and a hard, larger cork ball. The cork ball is the one that really works. The tennis ball is TOO squishy and was easy to lay on. The cork ball is larger and SUPER firm. Bonus, it's a great roller for helping out with knots in your back too! Overall, happy. It does the job.
