English-Albanian & Albanian-English Word-to-Word Dictionary: Suitable for Exams by C. Sesma (2011-05-03)

Very necessary for ELL.

This dictionary will be used in our schools where many children speak this language. This will enable the teachers to communicate better.

This dictionary fell far short of my expectations. It is short of a lot of words. I lived in Kenya for many years, so I know many words in Swahili. For example, I wanted to look up the word "halafu" which means 'then' I would think it is a very necessary word for a dictionary to contain, particularly since it has so many uses. Well there was not hide nor hair of halafu instead, in the English-Swahili section I found 'Wakati huo" which is not exactly the same thing. This is a dictionary for rank beginners. SOooo I'm still looking for a good bilingual dictionary. This will do in a rush, but who's in a hurry?Bonita Evans, Ph.D.
