Burr grinders are over rated. Get this!
The timer grind function works great! Burr grinders don't have anything on this grinder. I'veused both. Easier to clean and you won't be able to tell the difference in the quality of your coffee whether it be pour over, drip, AeroPress or French press, and I'm an unapologetic coffee snob.

Power House - Consistency Unmatched - Very Stable
Absolute power house of a compact coffee grinder. Very stable while grinding. I turn it on and walk away without a worry that it is going to fall over. Results in a very nice grind. The timer setting is convenient as I know exactly how fine I want my coffee after some testing and thus can get consistent results every time.

Grinds but very messy!
Grinded some coffee beans which it grinds fine but SO MESSY! It gets the ground coffee everywhere when you remove the lid. The grind is stuck to the top and sides like static cling and just seems to go everywhere. My old grinder did not do this. I'm sorry I purchased this one.Update: The seller contacted me which was great customer service! Anyway, I found a fix to the messy static problem....I wet my finger and stir the beans around. The moisture removes the static problem I was having and now it is less mess and a better grinding experience. The machine works absolutely fine so I can recommend it to others. Changed my review to 4 stars

I made the mistake of buying a new grinder to replace an identical Shardor grinder that would only start after lengthy turning, dial pushing, etc. I thought that might have been attributable to age of the new grinder's predecessor, which was satisfactory for almost a year until it wasn't. Right out of the box, the new grinder had the identical problem. It simply wouldn't grind when properly turned on. This was an immediate return.

Just What I Need!
i received this product a few days ago. I have used it twice to grind whole coffee beans. IMO, it's easy to use, not overly loud, and grinds the beans quickly to the grind that I need. I LIKE it!

I grind chia seeds
Half gallon size grinder, quiet, parts fit tight together and seal good. Timer set to zero can push button to pulse grind. Stainless steel grind chamber is removable for easy measuring and cleaning.
