Wow! Great customer service!
AMAZING customer service!! First of all the product I received was well made and exactly what I was looking for. I few pieces were missing (however nothing that was absolutely necessary for the work) but we emailed the support line over the holiday weekend and received an email right away. After emailing back and forth some information, we received the missing parts within 2 days.I honestly can't say enough positive things about my experience with this computer and this product!

Just be careful if you’re hauling heavy items with a lower-ish car
My husband was able to put this together alone but you do need master tools. It took him maybe an hour but we weren’t really keeping an eye on it. It did exactly what it was supposed to do! I will say it does kind of hang lower on my 24 VW atlas so it did scuff when hitting some steep areas but it did not impact the functionality at all. We love it!

Sturdy, too heavy for me to lift by myself, and slightly narrower than the back trike wheels, but better than others I’ve seen.

Nothing cheap here
I just received this product and opened the box. The attached picture is the product prior to assembly. Boy, am I impressed. This item is well built and made with strong materials. I am no welder, but the welds look great because they are clean. The underlying materials are of heavy gauge material. I think I got a great deal compared to a local welder who wanted 5 times the price I paid. The bag is thick.

Carrier failed despite having a little over half the rated pound
They rated it to carry 500 pounds. I loaded it with two item at 275 pounds to take from Arlington Wa to Arizona. Half way through our trip the carrier arm started to fail - bending towards the ground. By the time we were half way through our travel we had to stop and secure the carrier to the vehicle to continue on our way. We had to slow our progress to avoid the load from falling out. I have reached to the company for a refund and have not received a reply. Very disappointing.

Excellent car luggage carrier set
I finally decided to purchase this particular cargo carrier after I shopped for 4 days from anyone that I could locate that sold them. It was so easy to install that my friend and I installed it in less than an hour after dark by flashlight. I really like this cargo carrier as it looks good, is very heavy duty, sturdy, and quite large. It shipped immediately and arrived in 2 days. It was a great price from Amazon and has a 10 year warranty.
