excellent addition to my home gym
purchased these as they were going to do exact same job as loose weights when added to a bar, and much cheaper,ok the tube is not very heavy when filled (around 14kg max) but that means you can do great aerobic excercises and create muscle definition rather than that ugly bulky muscle...was easy to fill, i just unscrewed the shower head and shoved the hose down the hole in the tube and allowed it to fill..simple...is around 4 foot in length with handles ...overall an excellent purchase,absolutely love it !!
