Like any other supplement that promises but rarely delivers, I bought this with an open mind. However, I can say it definitely works.I have various health conditions so feel fatigue and weakness faster than normal when exercising. When I first started using this I thought I noted an improvement, but brushed it off as just having some good days. But it honestly got to the point where it was no longer a coincidence.Especially when I went skiing. I had a bag of these with me and took 2 in the morning, then a couple of top ups during the day. And these were full days of skiing, like 7 hours. And again with my health conditions, I just know they did something that made me feel stronger and less fatigued for longer.These will be a staple now!

Not convinced
I am not convinced these actually contain anything same as the other reviewers, I noticed no difference using these even after loading with 20mg a day for a week, as others pointed out the weight of the item and the ingredients don't match, I think I just paid 27:99 for a box of gummies hahaha. I would avoid these and go with well known supplement brand at least you know what you're getting. I just thought I would give these a try as I hate the big tablets and not keen on drinking the powder, shame as they do have a nice flavour. Waste of money.

I usually take creatine monohydrate powder & it allways taste rough,these gumming sort that problem out,taste just like sweets making the whole experience alot more pleasant + they've got the BCAA's in as well
