EFFECTIVE LOW-IMPACT WORKOUT!
The price is good deal for the high-quality material used in this equipment. To assemble it is easy!. You need a good amount of space to use it and to store it. It’s not that big but you’ll need space. The noise level is minimal it’s not loud or distracting to hear (depending on your tolerance level for noise). Now, the workout I got from it is surprisingly tiring. It is gentle on your joints but you’ll get a good workout from it. Within 2 mins I can already feel my whole body warming up, my legs, glutes, core are activating within 3 mins!I’m currently recovering from a cough so I can’t use it for more than I can handle. But the effectiveness of it is there!!

Feel the burn.
This product is ok for the money. It will definitely burn walking on it.

Ok product
Pretty easy to put together. I did have to watch a tutorial on YouTube because I was a tad confused by the direction but then I zipped right through it. Do not expect this to be an easy workout. You are the motor to this, and your weight is the resistance. It is a pretty good product for the price

Vertical Climber Exercise Machine
It took me around fifteen to twenty minutes to get the machine completely ready to use after it was delivered to me in a pre-assembled state. The directions were easy to understand, and their contents contained all of the items that were required. The folding form, which enables me to conveniently store it after use, was something that I really loved. This is a significant benefit if, like me, you do not have a lot of room to devote to exercise equipment. I was pleasantly impressed by the machine's substantial build, particularly considering how lightweight it is. The machine itself has a sturdy feel to it even though it is rather lightweight. After I began using it, I was able to discern that the exercise was targeting my complete body, beginning with my legs and progressing to my core and arms. This machine seems to be an excellent option for anybody who is interested in engaging in a high-intensity cardio exercise. Even after just a few minutes, I was able to feel the burn, and it was undeniable that it caused my heart rate to increase. My ability to adapt the machine to comfortably meet my height was made possible by the three-level height adjustment, which was a feature that I found to be quite helpful. I believe it is significant since it assists in the maintenance of excellent form, which in turn minimizes the likelihood of damage.

Do your research
Easy to assemble but hard to get on. But, once you do and you feel the convenience. You will be hooked.

Poor Quality
I’ve had this thing for 8 days, and have used it 4 times. This thing feels very cheap and not sturdy. The nylon around the resistance bands have already worn off after so little uses, so now it slips when you try to use it.

Short pedals
I like it but the pedals are so short your foot hangs off , uncomfortable. Strains your feet

Apply lubricant, attach pedals in reverse order, get a phone holder
This stepper is a new prototype, it's super stable and has pedals fixed in horizontal position instead of moveable, makes a huge difference. Apply silicone grease (not included) right out of the box to the rails and then at least once a week, maybe even once before each use (depending on intensity). Silicone grease should be included in the box, it's impossible to use this stepper without lubricant. I recommend attaching the pedals in reverse order (not the way it's shown in the manual), it will solve any discomfort if you have long feet as you will be stepping on the elevated end. And use running shoes -- these last two changes made a huge improvement.Get a phone holder and attach to the arm support, install a metronome app to set pace (100 bpm to start). Make a fixed goal (like 4000 steps daily) and watch the counter, recommend to reset the counter daily. It will be very tough first two weeks but it will get easier. The stock tension cords provide almost no resistance, and it's no big deal, using the metronome, you can move from andante to allegro, it will roughen you up at 140 beats per minute even though there is minimal resistance.Speaking of resistance, looks like it maybe possible to replace the weak resistance cords with tougher ones but I've not done it yet, perhaps it's not possible, not sure. It's loud and the neighbors below will hear you, maybe get some rugs, have to figure this out.You will see the results but you have to put work into this, 4000 steps every day should be ok to start.
