Absolutely recommend
Absolutely worth the money. If you have a compressed disc, get this. The only thing to be aware of is positioning. Tighten the band first, then inflate with your head leaned forward so it's a little lower, then slowly extend. I do a few clicks and let my neck get use to it. Then a click or two more and wait again. And repeat. I went from almost incapacitated to just discomfort in a handful of days. I highly recommend it.

I love that I can do other things while using this. Super easy to use too.
This Cervical Neck Traction collar is very comfortable to wear. I love that you do not need to be confined to only where your traction devise is set up like the old way and I tend to do it when I need it because of the ease of use. I find it very effective and it gives me personal relief. The price seems high until you try it. Both the traction brace and the pump are made really well.

Effective for Neck Relief
I got the neck traction device to help with the discomfort I've been feeling in my neck lately. It's been a simple way to stretch and relieve tension after sitting at my desk for long hours. Using it feels pretty straightforward. You just adjust it and let the air do its thing. One of the best parts is how it really helps reduce some of the tightness I feel, and I enjoy that I can customize the level of traction. On the downside, I found that it can sometimes be tricky to get the adjustments just right, and it might take a bit of trial and error to find the perfect setting. The material also wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped, at least for longer sessions.Pros:- Good for relieving neck tension- Adjustable for personal comfortCons:- Adjustability can be finicky- Material comfort could be better

Uncomfortable but Helpful
I got this “Cervical Neck Traction Device, Adjustable Air Pump Inflatable, Built-in 8 Airbag, Neck Stretcher for Cervical Pain Relief and Relaxation” to try out as a alternative for helping with my neck traction. This by far is a complicated device to use, and not something that is very customizable to different sizes. The chest plate could use some more padding, as this is very hard plastic, it digs in quite easily. This makes it very uncomfortable to wear for even the recommended 10-15 minutes. The inflatable nature of this is strictly in the back, which is where I found the most comfort in this device. The front, even adjusted down to the lowest setting, was on the tall side for me. This is in part due to being a large chested woman. It says that it is “Built-in 8 Airbag” but what it really means by that is one pillow in the back with 8 compartments that are solidly connected together.Getting this brace on and adjusted can be a two-person job, especially because my neck also causes me range of motion problems in my arms. You have to strap this around and find a small attachment point on the side. Then tighten it on the back of the neck to get the best fit. You can’t leave it all the way tightened, otherwise it is too hard to detach. Inflating the airbag part of it is very easy, the pump design of this is the part that I like best. It is quick, super easy. Deflating it is also easy, as you just press the bottom of the tube to trigger the release valve.Although this by far is a better product than one of the fully soft, completely inflatable options, it is far less adjustable to different sized bodies. However, it is helpful even if it is uncomfortable as it is to wear.

Doesn’t fit
According to the measurements, this should fit. It doesn’t though, it is too tall on the lowest setting and puts a ton of pressure on my jaw. I couldn’t even stand to have it on for 30 seconds because it was causing so much pain. I will stick with the pump up style traction devices that expand and deflate to fit a wider range of sizes. Those ones at least work as intended.
