DIED 3 DAYS AFTER RETURN DATE EXPIRED.....EXTREMELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO SERVICE ACTUALLY
Headphones dead, wont charge, 3 days after return date expired.Cannot recommend at all.They were comfortable, mic worked well.CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.....I CONTACTED THRU THEIR WEBSITE SINCE IT WAS 3 DAYS AFTER THE 30DAY RETURN......NO RESPONSE......THEN I EMAILED THRU HERE, ITS KINDA DAUNTING TO GET TO THE COMPANY CONTACT EMAIL ON AMAZON BUT I FINALLY GOT CONTACT EMAIL AND EMAILED THEM.......STILL ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.THAT WAS DEFINITELY WASTED MONEY.
