Wing Digger Compost Aerator

Bought this for my wife who has back problems but still want to turn her compost bin by herself. I know it is sold as an aerator, but with some work, you can use it for turning. As another reviewer says, I wish the wings were a bit larger. I was going to nick it one star for that, but then they don't sell it as a turner. Wing Digger, as you listening? You could have another successful product on you hands! Or increase the size on the wings and call it an aerator/turner.

The wing digger is able to reach deeply into my compost bin and create air holes and turn over some of the debris in the bin. I do wish the wings were a bit longer so it would be able to dislodge a larger amount of compost, but it really does a very good job for what i needed to accomplish in the compost bin. I am very happy to have found this item on Amazon which delivered it quickly. The green houses in the area knew what I was talking about but didn't have it in stock and weren't hopeful they would get it. Thank you Amazon!

my son showed me this tool for turning compost. i love it. simple, easy and it works and is built to last.

Works beautifully!

It stirs the compost, bottom to top and all around, wet or dry, full or empty. That's all I need.
