Turntable headshell black

This last order for these head shells, are now basically spares as being 79 now have seen items come and go over the years, mostly 'go' particularly for vinyl equipment.Have an AT95E in one of these for a Realistic Lab 400 turntable resurrected from the dead 6 months ago works fine but AT95E is relegated to No. 3 now 2 being M97E, 1 is now an 'old' but only just put to use AT12S absolutely fabulous cartridge with shibata tip

Wires were completely upside down from where they needed to be for the pretty standard Stanton cartridge, meaning. The cables had to twist 180degrees, in doing so it became clear that one of the wires wasn't secured properly and looks like it is going to break if I fit the cartridge. Maybe other cartridges are the other way round but both makes that I have are the other way round.

Seems to be well made. Wires are a little flimsy and replaced these with Audio Technica AT6101. A bit more movement when attached to the tonearm than a standard Technics headshell, but it’s about 1/3 to 1/4 of the price of a used one. A good option if you want to try out another cartridge.

This is my second pair and these headshells do exactly what they say on the tin.They come with the cables and connect nice and securely on my 1200's
