Great cable and SPECIAL - converts FROM HDMI into Displayport these types of cable are directional
Excellent, you need to know that these are directional, and ONLY work by converting an HDMI plus optional USB connection into a Displayport connector. This means you need this lead if you have a PC or computer with HDMI out and want to push that signal INTO a monitor or more typically a KVM (Keyboard Video Mouse) switch.So our use case was that we have multiple displays on a KVM for expanded desktop. We wanted to switch between a work laptop and a high performance games machine on the same pair of monitors. This was the only way to get the signal from the work laptop on HDMI into the Displayport KVM switch - works great and well madeYou might find this is the answer to why your other cables don't work and also, its quite rare to find this cable on Amazon searches, so one to watch

Not working as advertised.
Bought this for the PlayStation 5 so I can connect it to my Display Port on my monitor, and sadly it did not work as advertised. It works okay on the Xbox Series X, but still had some screen flickering issues. Not recommended.

ive been with ugreen for years now and the only complaint I have with this item is that it takes up a USB slot on my motherboard outside of that it does the job I bought it for perfectly just wish I didn't need that slot taken up

Works perfectly on my brother's Xbox series X at 1080p 120hz, would recommend for Xbox consoles

Not the greatest but kinda works in some cases…..
Gets hot! Doesn’t work for Xbox or ps5 and is temperamental. My recommendation is - shop around!
