Not much to go wrong with the cup, it's just a hole.The thermostat lasted a little over a year, I used it twice, maybe three times.Spent the whole time in a padded leather bag, not rattling around the back of a van.I can't turn it off, can't reset it, can't adjust it, it says 19.3c forever, sucks the battery and dies.Changed battery, same thing happens.Update: Changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars as I was able to get it working again.Pressing and holding the reset button gave me control once more.
