Out of the box this an easy device to set up. Once the Luna AI App was downloaded, the ease configuration from WiFi pairing to familiarization to the camera controls were intuitive and an ease to follow. The picture quality is incredible. Last but not least is the price, “bang for the buck”😊. I purchased 2 additional cameras for family members. I highly recommend this product for indoor/outside security viewing The sits safely inside your home. The Device’s App reliably detects motion and immediately sends a notification. I repeat, I highly recommend this product.

After reading reviews, I decided to go for this camera. I must say that this camera is great and exceeded my expectations. The video is excellent, the audio is good and is small, such that you can even mount it somewhere without being noticed. This camera is a small and mighty device. I even communicate with my kids through this camera. I'm more than happy for this purchase and already recommended it for my family members and friends. I will definitely by more before the price starts going up.

So far so good! I got it today and set it up and love it so far! I have girls and we all wear the same size clothes so my stuff is always coming up missing so I got this for my room and I love it so far the only thing I don’t like is you need a membership if you really want the full effect. Got my mom one to and she likes her to.

This product was definitely worth the price I paid. It works great. I can check in on my pet whenever I need to. It’s small. It’s easy to charge an easy to set up. I highly recommend purchasing this product.

I'm not too tech savvy so try to do it myself and after a half hour I said hey why don't I call Luna technical support. Thank God I did I got the greatest technical support rep his name was Derek number 8 and Derek was so helpful he walked me through everything from plugging it in the wall to setting it up taking care of any problem I had asked me if I had any questions afterwards we did it in about 20 minutes. He was awesome the product itself is awesome. I can see everything very clearly and I bought two cameras one for indoor and out he explained the add-on monitoring and I think I will get that most likely. I love the way this camera looks feels and I look good in it too that's all that matters.

it was easy up till i got to paying for my subscription, then it said the card was declined and to try another. I did and after it saying that for 4 different cards i called tech support and asked for help and the tech didnt even know why it was saying that and had to get the higher ups to help us and now im waiting for a call back so beware you may be stuck without a subscription for who knows how long they also dont tale venmo chime pay pall or any app like that i love everything els but that so it gets a 3 star cause if i want the 24/7 monitoring and ai stuff i need a subscription so not being able to get one is a big downfall for it and they should probably say you need a "real" bank card to get a subscription

Amazing cameras! These are such a good deal and I can’t believe how good they are! I got 2 and set them up in my apartment so I can check in on my cats when I’m not home. Setup is quick and easy. They connect with an app on your phone. Love it. There’s also tons of features and settings. I love the night vision, it makes it so easy to see my cats in the dark.Great company, excellent cameras. Definitely recommend these and I plan on getting more soon!
