The scrolls are Widened at the both side for giving a nice and elegant classical shape. The bracket base has a smooth texture and it's widened at the both end. It's fit with a wood shelf as well as a glass. Handmade by a experimented blacksmith with ancestral and modern techniques. Our standards are 9 ", 10 " and 12 " and 6" x 10" . ------ -MATERIAL: These heavy duty Corbel are made with 1/4" x 1" flat steel and a square of 1/2" for the scroll that gives a strong capacity of loading. Two holes for wall fixations are drilled and two for the fixations of wood shelves. Screws not included. ---------- FINISH: Four finishes are offered: - brushed steel and clear varnish (wire brush / clear---black paint semi gloss - --Metallic gray --Copper Faux Fini. --------TOLERANCES and CONTROL OF QUALITY: We make our best to make the pieces the more precise as possible but due to the forging process we cannot make that exactly. The tolerance is more or less than 1/2" for part made with 1" x 1/4". by example if you order a bracket of 9" you can use with no problem a shelf of 9 1/2"or more. Each object is made by a blacksmith of more than thirty years of experience. He makes sure that the order is respected and practices a STRICT CONTROL OF QUALITY . The square have a tolerance of less than 0,5 degrees.
