Macks Pillow Soft Ear Plugs

I didnt quite like earplugs. I usually use the soft spongy earplugs but thought id try these as a recommendation from a friend because my sponge ones would often fall out in the night and werent always that effective.Although these block out more sound, i found it hard to get right. I also felt they were a little intrusive in the ear and in hindsight i realised that i didnt like to block out that much sound.They were a little uncomfortable for me because they were so intrusive and a lot harder than the sponge earplugs. It may depend on what you are used to.

I saw the picture of these Macks ear plugs and thought they were different to the normal Macks silicone ear plugs because the picture shown by the seller clearly states "NATURAL" on the package and the ear plugs are a pinkish colour. Upon receipt of the ear plugs I found that they are the just normal Macks ear plugs in the normal Macks package - they do not say "natural" on them and they are not the "pinkish" colour.I ordered these ear plugs thinking that they were different - as the normal Macks ear plugs do not work for me they keep falling out and do not stick all that well inside the ear.I think that the supplier should update their picture with the actual product that they are selling - thankfully I only ordered a small supply.

These are without a doubt, the very best earplugs I have ever worn. This is really saying something, as I am getting a lot of road noise all day and night near my house and have previously tried the in ear industrial type plugs which were far to uncomfortable and would not stay in place when you are side sleeping.You will notice them in, but when you get used to them its a bit like when you ride a motorbike you expect to feel a helmet, when you go to bed you begin to expect your ears stuffed full.Just make sure that your ears are clean enough on the outside too, as any natural oils will make them stick less effectively.I recommend to all poor souls who struggle with noise disturbed sleep.

Being a light sleeper and living on a busy road these type of plugs are an essential for me. Especially in the summer months when I need to leave my window open!Sadly these plugs didn't do the job,they were just too thick and difficult to mould. No matter what i did they still felt uncomfortable and loose.I could hear almost everything through them which woke me up constantly through the night.I definately don't recommened these for sleeping, maybe other activities, swimming etc? I don't know.. but I will stick to my tried and trusted in future.

Have been a big fan of the Mack's ear plugs for over a year now, this is the first time I have bought the pillow soft plugs, they are more comfortable to wear in bed.The other ones are ideal for swimming/water sports, but can be worn in bed also.I love the way they cover the outside of your ear, instead of trying to squeeze a plug into the ear canal. If you have small ear canals, these are ideal for you.I will certainly be buying them as long as I live on a busy road and as long as they keep selling them!

Good ear plugs, nice and comfortable and do keep most of the noise out however the material tends to eat dirty and misshapen quickly even when we tried to store them safely and cleanly so they didnt last long I'm afraid
