An excellent product and excellent after sales follow up.
On the first use of this Garden Shredder, it worked perfectly and shredded two bag fulls of my buddleia tree. However there was a problem with the threading into which the upper housing knob was screwed into. Firstly the knob would not undo fully and when I finally managed to undo it, the knob would not fully tighten up again which meant the shredder would not work. When I reported this problem, the only resolution was to return it for a refund, which I did. The refund was back in my account immediately so thank you. I will be reordering very soon.

Efficient little shredder
This is smaller and a little noisier than my previous shredder but it is very efficient. As the top hinges it is relatively easy to clear any jams or (I imagine) change blades. Time will tell how long the blades last but they are reversible and a spare set is provided.

Powerful for the Price
Noisy but very effective. Had to reduce old overgrown hedge, this machine made light work of some really tough branches with no problem. Yes it's noisy when shredding but I used ear protectors & that worked

Light but powerful. Good fine mulch.
A great little shredder which is easy to move around and light but powerful. It produces a nice fine mulch that can go on the compost or directly onto your flower beds (see photo). It comes with 2 collection bags which handily for over the top to keep it dust free. The cable is a really good length to, far better than the Bosch equivalent.

One to avoid!
I had 20 minutes use out of this machine. It ground to a halt after failing to cope with a branch that was well within the specified diameter. After switching off the power and opening the cover to clear the trapped branch, not only could I not get the locking screw to fully engage (a problem mentioned in another review). The machine would also not restart even thought I established that it was receiving power. There is no actual reset button. You are simply advised to “switch off and on again and wait for the machine to cool down”. I waited 40 minutes with no luck.Just before I made the order, I noticed on the screen that this was a “ frequently returned item”. Nuff said!

Easy to use. Very compact size for storage.
Tried it for the first time last week and was very impressed. Used to own a shredder back in the ‘90’s and could not get on with it due to continues clogging. This used to be a widespread complaint back then.I cleared a considerable load of trimmings last week and no problems whatsoever. Would recommend.

Might be ok for some jobs. I didn't get on ith it.
Didn't really like it. Would burn the wood and cut out. Would sometimes kick back. Maybe ok for some.Not any louder than other shredders I have used and I wear ear protection in any case.

A great tough little shredder
Great little shredder I had a number of fallen trees from the recent storm and it has shredded all the small branches up to 35mm no problem at all and may I add not one blockage I would highly recommend this product
