I have the ninja neverstick possible pan and love it, so I decided to add this to my collection, and I’m so glad I did. It’s a workhorse; it’s completely nonstick when used properly, it’s very easy to clean and even goes in the dishwasher if you want, and it’s big enough to cook a meal for a hungry family of four. I’ve put it in a 475°F oven without fear, it just doesn’t seem to get scratched even when I am not careful with it, and it heats evenly and fairly quickly. I’m impressed with its utility and think it’s well worth the cost. I know there are plenty of cooking snobs who disparage nonstick pans, but I’m not going to use my cast iron pans to fry eggs for a quick meal. I want something that’s 100% nonstick 100% of the time and that doesn’t require routine maintenance. This pan delivers just that.

This nonstick pan is delicate, but it works great for eggs. As long as you preheat the pan as instructed (like you should on every pan), virtually no eggs get stuck at all.It states that it's able to withstand any utensil including metal, but I would refrain from that. I argued with my mother that nonstick pans, regardless of ceramic or Teflon, should not be stacked. She doesn't realize her Teflon pans are scratching because they still look dark. She allowed my brother to stack this pan on top of a bottom-side up Teflon pan and low and behold, the top edges of ceramic (that I don't use as cooking surfaces anyway) got chipped away. Mind you, this pan was sitting on top so it's just the weight of the pan itself spooning another pan. That being said, hand wash with a soft sponge, and please don't stack the pans. The packaging states that it's dishwasher safe, but I'd argue that any jet of water able to push the pan around could cause abrasion of the surfaces with the dishwasher rack. Given how easy it was to chip some of the ceramic off my pan, I don't recommend using this in a dishwasher. For this reason, I have to dock a star for the instructions allowing it.

They don't say this comes with a lid, but the description that is a more generalized description of Ninja Cookware does have a section dedicated to tempered glass lids so... shame on me for not realizing the thing they talked about in the description of the product would not be included with the product.... I guess?The pan itself cooks nice. I'm glad we have it and we're going to let go of an older pan to make room for it. Pans, you really can't judge for a year IMHO because everything works good the first day. it's the 300th day that matters for these. I'll say this. This Ninja NeverStick skillet is wonderful. Like the name says, food prepared in this skillet never sticks, better than non-stick. The ceramic coating is scratch-resistant. Like with other Ninja products, the construction is solid, sturdy, and durable. Clean-up is a breeze as all food slides right out with no need for soaking or scouring the pan. The size is useful and versatile (I like the depth of the skillet). My only complaint is that there is no lid for the skillet and the metal handle can get warm during cooking. This is a great, all-purpose cooking tool.
