Give it time, it knows.
I received this tracker 10 days ago. Over the course of 10 days I went from hating it, to liking it, to loving it. The tracker does work very well, but the software has its quirks. The Google find my device app has an interface flaw that makes it difficult to share the tags location. In order to share The tags location, the app must be restarted twice by the person receiving the share request. If you are in an area with limited Wi-Fi signal, turning off your Wi-Fi actually improves the accuracy of the app.The tracker itself is reliable and is durable enough to stand up to my German Shepherd. The sound it emits is somewhat muted by the rubber tag holder, and it takes concentration to hear it. My dog hears the tone quite well, and I have taught him to return to me when he hears the tone. The use of the pebble bee app, made setup easy, and I accomplished this within minutes. One of the reasons why I went with the Pebble bee tracker, was the rechargeable battery. The charging cable is extremely small and it will be the first thing I lose. I keep it in the drawer with the dog's collar and leash. As far as battery life itself, I can't comment on that whereas it's only been 10 days.As I stated earlier, I originally disliked this device and had planned on returning it. Over the course of 10 days I have learned how to use the device and the app to optimize its performance. On a recent walk, the tracker was accurate within about 100 feet. Using it as a tracker for my dog, 100 ft accuracy, is more than enough.I would recommend this to any one using an Android device. But, give it a chance while you figure it out. It's well worth it.

Worked exactly how it was expected to. Good purchase.
Used this to track baggages for an international trip. It was paired with Android phone (Google Pixel 9) and it worked pretty well. I was able to see the checked bag make a stop at each layover, move from terminal to terminal, and end up with me throughout the journey. So it worked well. Love that it is rechargeable.

Poor customer service and poor wallet tracker that failed in a month
Received the Pebble wallet tracker, February 2 2025The sound became almost inaudible March 8 2025.Tried resetting according to the directions and charging fully. Still not working. Sent a email to PebbleBee, explained it wasn't working and the step taking to get it to work. They had make a video showing it didn't work, I did that. Then they came back and said it looks like it was tossed around and wanted to take the same steps I had already took and make another video to prove that it didn't work.I told them this has become ridiculous and I would just buy a new. For product the probably cost far less then $5.00 to manufacturer. I am very happy with the Pebble tag tracker that ony keys. I do not recommend the wallet tracker.Be prepared to jump through hoops to get them to honor their warranty.PebbleBee has poor customer service

It’s a good option, but if you’re an Apple user go for an AirTag!
If I didn’t already own Apple AirTags, I would rate this product five stars. However, I have AirTags, which are similarly priced (if not cheaper) and work better for my needs, so I cannot give this tracker a high rating at this price!I assumed this tracker would be equivalent to an AirTag, if not better. I didn’t realize that I could only choose one tracking app, and I wanted to use it with both my Google and Apple ecosystems, but that wasn’t an option. I opted for the Apple Find My app, so your experience may vary if you use the Pebblebee or Google/Android Find My app, as this is a Google/Pebblebee product. The setup process is similar to that of an AirTag—it is easy and quick. You can do many of the same things, such as receiving notifications when the tracker is left behind, naming the device, selecting an icon, sharing contact information and location when lost, sharing the tracker with others, playing a sound, and getting directions to its location. Additionally, if someone steals your belongings, they won’t receive a warning that you are tracking them, as they would with an AirTag.However, I have some issues that led me to stick with my AirTags. Unlike an AirTag, this tracker does not provide reliable pinpoint location tracking or directions. I can always see the location of my AirTags, even in the middle of the ocean, while my Pebblebee trackers seem to update less frequently and lack the precision that Apple trackers offer. I assume this is because they cannot utilize the vast network and capabilities of iPhones and other Apple products like AirTags can.My biggest dealbreaker is the battery life. Although you can easily charge this tracker, I find myself needing to charge it much more often than I have to replace my AirTag batteries. For the same price, or even less, you can purchase an AirTag and keychain (I bought a four-pack for $69 plus $5 for four keychains at Target), and have longer-lasting battery life with more reliable and accurate tracking. AirTags are similar in size, but have many different attachment accessories, don’t have charging ports, and integrate seamlessly with Siri. Therefore, if you’re an Apple user, I recommend waiting for AirTags to go on sale. If you’re not an Apple user, I would recommend this tracker. Both products frequently go on sale, so I’d wait till you can get a discount! Also, consider the tag and card options; they use a unique charging cable but are slim and compact, making them a better fit for wallets and remotes. The card version blends in with your credit cards, which I prefer over the bulge of an AirTag.
