Thanks for bringing Sikkim close to me. Loved just drinking that vinegar water. Why the one less star? Coz the chillies are a little soggy. But the flavor is intact. You can give the chillies in brine, and also just plain salted one varieties.

Old stock was sent. The chillies dipped in vinegar were all rotten with black seeds. Tasted yuck. Had to throw it away. Very disappointed.
