As with the MET book this is my bible. It will be well worn page by page. As always this is written how John teaches, is is clear and informative, it talks the talk and makes it very is to follow and understand. Can't wait for the next book. It means i can file away my worn out notes!

Very clear and well illustrated. More for the practitioner or someone who has a problem that the book addresses. As a Personal Trainer this was right up my street.

Brilliant easy to follow colour diagrams for a beginner likeMyself. Provides the rational for different types of sizing and stretching so worth buying to read before you commit to the tape

Very simply written, which makes it really accessible, and easy to dip into when in a hurry to find an applicable technique. Good value for money as a reference manual for any K taping therapist. John really gets to the essence these days.

Yet another great book - practical and easy to follow style (typical of John). A go to for quick and easy techniques - includes CD of techniques too. A great adjunct to the course. Stays with my tape!

Having done two training courses in Kinesiology taping I still love having this book to hand in clinic just to remind myself of certain taping techniques that I may have forgotten. Thorough and well explained with plenty of clear pictures.

I was told that application of kinesiology is complex and I need to attend a 3-day course followed by a certification exam. But I only need to know how to apply tape for my knees, not for commercial purposes. I bought this book and it served the purpose well. Clear pictures and explanations. I highly recommend it.

The ultimate practical book on kinesio taping techniques for both beginners & pro's. The best in the kinesio field so far. A must to be purchased for an in-depth study of the subject.
