Refreshing water, clean and great value for money.
I love this. As someone who definitely drinks a lot of water I definitely can taste a difference and makes the water refreshing! The quality is so nice along with its the design and how compact the actual product is. And was great value for money. Would highly recommend!!

If I could I would give it 10 stars & beyond, it bloody well deserves it 👍 gone is the Filter Jug, I won’t say the brand name, but its one of the top brands out there. No more filling the jug with water 10 times a day. This waterdrop is a 4 litres capacity, I only need to fill it once a day on my usage. My coffee & tea taste so much better since using the waterdrop device. I’ve only had it a week. Easy to charge & change & use. Once changed, all you have to do is turn it on, then after that , just tap for the water to come out & then tap again for the water to stop. You then don’t have to switch the device off, the device will go into sleep mode & power down, until you need to use it again. The just tap the top of it to turn it back on, tap again for the water to come out, tap again to stop it. If you having trouble seeing the level for the 4 litres water marker. Then may I suggest getting a black marker pen & marking the outside of container where the 4 litres water level mark is. Then you be able to see it much better. All round one of the BEST to date water filtration devices out there 😃👍

Highly recommended
The media could not be loaded. The best product I’ve purchased in 2025! I normally don’t like the taste of water, but ever since I got this, I’ve been drinking it without adding any flavour. It’s also really easy to use. Highly recommended!

It's good
It's pretty good, have to refill atleast once a week and buy a new filter once a month. It would be 5 stars if the filters would be more cost effective. Got this so to stay more hydrated in my room.

It's lovely
Loved it, it's bigger that I thought, haven't figured out how to fit it in the fridge so I'm just filling bottles but is perfect, the water tastes like water as it should. Totally recommend.

First class customer service
This is an excellent item, but most importantly the service you receive if there are any issues is first class and proactive. There was unfortunately a small fault on the item I bought, but the service I received thereafter was second to none with a replacement quickly dispatched which is working perfectly and without any issue. A very big thanks to Harper who helped ensure that the matter was resolved and I can continue to use an excellent product.
