I wanted to be using this for some months before I Made a decision on how I liked it. It’s wonderful. I would definitely like some more ports, but I went ahead and got a plug-in to add this. It works just like a computer and it doesn’t get overwhelmed very easily by video games and a bunch of things up at once. I truly love it

This pc performs absolutely perfect for casual steam gaming I couldn't be happier for the price I payed it's the perfect solution to entry level pc gaming without sacrificing playing power it runs decently heavy games flawlessly and it's a fraction of the price compared to a 2000 dollar gaming rig absolutely love it.

Do not buy this product. It has something embedded in the hardware that prevents all troubleshooting to fail. The results indicate an unknown issue with the device regarding the Bluetooth interface and the USB interface. After weeks of troubleshooting, obtaining services from 3rd party vendors, Microsoft and device vendors none have been able to overcome something in this device preventing all necessary drivers to be installed. All keyboards, mouse, printers, audio devices, all have had intermittent issues disconnecting and subsequent connection issues. Reboot and the problems remain. I am out a lot of money and Amazon does not conduct verification integrity tests to ensure these cups coming from. China are not compromised. This cpu is compromised. My suspicion is a keylogger and printer interception firmware as possible reasons, why no troubleshooter was able to resolve the driver issues. BUYER BEWARE!!!Unknown account permission embedded in registry for BT and USB. Deleted, reboot. Now keyboard and USB permanently disabled, BIOS unusable without keyboard functionality. A paper weight.

Fast , easy installation, and the best part is that it fits anywhere. If you have a small desk , this is the perfect fit. Highly recommend.

Great price for a 12th gen I-7 processor. Everything was as described and works great. Had a problem activating Windows but the customer service folks were timely with troubleshooting steps, and it took care of the problem in a very timely fashion.

Let me start out by saying that I am very disappointed. This by far is the slowest computer that I have bought in the recent year. I even went as far as upgrading it to 64 gig of ram and put in a SSD PCIE M.2 with 2 gig of cache.When trying to stream 2 4K feeds I found it dropping frames. For a gaming computer this is unacceptable! I have a 5 gig connection to the internet so that isn’t the issue.Not only have I run into a problem with the graphics not keeping up but the processor falls far short. With the speeds advertised it should be able to do at least the basics without falling behind.The worst part is I don’t expect this to last very long since the entire thing is getting hot, not warm while running. I can hear the fan kicking on and it attempts to keep up but falls short.The windows 9 pro install had multiple issues during the setup and took over 3 hours to finish with having to restart the install.I was considering their other computer at almost double the price (that one MIGHT be a gaming computer), but if this one can’t even do the basics then I wouldn’t expect the other one to meet the demand either! Honestly if anyone out there has their Intel i9-12900H 14 Cores 20 Threads, NVidia RTX 3050 8GB, 32GB RAM 1TB SSD, I would be interested in hearing back from you to see if your experience is as bad as mine.My advice if you are looking for a Mini PC capable of keeping up with any online gaming then find a different company!I will be revising this review in a couple of weeks that will verify everything I am saying with a link to a YouTube video review. I will show with a digital thermometer how hot the casing is getting, I will show how it is dropping frames, and I will show how the processor just can't keep up with anything over a basic browsing the web or very light duty workload.I hope in the long run I can discourage others from making the same mistake I did by buying this Mini PC!

This computer is great. Plug into monitors and you are cooking on Windows 11 immediately. Easy to set up, power computing power, and plenty of room for storage. Great product.

This Pc is awesome ! It’s small and dose not take up space it’s fast and it gets the work done . I have two monitors hooked up to it and it works perfect .
