Love the controller. No stick drift and it’s nice to be able to adjust the l2 &R2 pull. Halifax joy stick feel amazing. The only thing that could make is better is mouse click buttons. The only con is that the buttons are not marked like the triangle square circle and X but this is not a issue for me.

the hand feel and back buttons on this thing are amazing. the design works.that being said.Build quality is sub par.battery life is extremely low, which isn't a big deal i have long usb cables.the joystick dust cover broke off and jammed the stick in one direction during gameplay, my guy "Leroy Jenkens" himself into a bug hole. with a tweezer i was able to remove the jam and get it working.finally bricking it was the trigger button fell OFF; that's right the trigger fell the f OFF.so, if you don't need a trigger this controller is great for you, the rest should probably just pass!unless you enjoy $250 paperweights.

If you’re trying to find the best controller out there - this is it. Apart from defects, this is better than the scuff, aim, edge, & elite (Xbox) controllers in terms of response, dead zone, trigger stops, and back button placement.My only complaint is that you only get one short dome stick. I would like two as it is the best option

I had used there previous Hex PS5 pro controller and I was a fan of the the triggers but after three months of use the left stick had developed stick drift and I broke the left back paddle after 6 months through regular use. I now use the PS5 Edge controller since it's release and I had no reliability issues with them. My only gripe with the Duelsense edge was the short setting for the triggers didn't feel short enough to me I preferred the old Hexgaming PS5 controller triggers they had a good snap to them. I thought the Phantom clicky triggers would be nice but it wasnt for me I still prefer the snappiness of hex's previous controller and the 4 back buttons are clicky buttons as well but I honestly prefer paddles over the buttons because paddle give better feedback and activates more reliable when spammed compared to the back buttons. I think if the back buttons and the triggers on short setting had just a little more give in them I'd keep this controller but I decided to return it. I haven't had this controller long enough to use their solution for stick drift but I'm sure it works. Again this controller is not bad I've decided to return because it didn't fit my preferences.

Broke out of the box. Good concept but the parts are sub par. But they gave me a full refund without hassle. Good company!

The controller is a very solid controller that has great ergonomics, making it comfortable when I game. The soft rubber grips on the back make my hand a lot less fatigued, which I appreciate. It seems that the company was very thoughtful when designing the controller.I used this to play Call of Duty, and I was able to remap the controls in the back to be able to do many things at once. If you tryhard when you play, it is so valuable to have extra buttons that reduce the button presses you have to make. The buttons/paddles are very tactile and responsive. No issues with layout. Lots of customization options to fine-tune this to whatever you are playing, such as adjustable triggers and the swappable thumbstick.While the features and performance are good, the price tag is so high compared to other options out there. $230 is a hefty price tag when the one from PlayStation is only $200. If there was a price reduction, I would heavily consider this option!
