I have had this pan now for several months and its non-stick quality is still extremely good. The only downside is the pan seems to have a high spot in the center; I believe it has warped. I have been very careful to let the pan cool before washing; as I have had pans warp in the past due to cleaning right off of the stove; so I know better. This rise does make frying eggs more difficult as the slide to the side of the pan.

Man, I thought my other induction pan heated up quickly. It's glacial compared to this one. The surface is quite nice also and certainly is non-stick.....for now. I just receive the pan and will be certain to review this product in a years time to let you all know how it held up. For now I would highly recommend it, certainly for induction cooking. More to come.....Well, It's been a year and this is still the best pan I have ever owned. I use it every day and it still is as non-stick as the first time I used it.

I purchased 2 of these pans and they are durable, heavy pans. It seems like most things stick to the bottom so forget about frying moat things in this pan. Its over all exactly what I needed and I will use it more once I know what I can and can't put into it to get the best cooking results. Meanwhile I purchased some non stick stone pans 14" and they are the best. Also these pans keep better when they are seasoned a lil in-between cooking. I'd still recommend these pans Only because of their durability and their potential that Im unsure of at the moment

I hardly ever remember to write reviews but I LOVE this pan. It's truly the most nonstick pan I've cooked with and it takes 2 seconds to clean. I cooked scrambled eggs this morning and they just fell off into my plate! I literally sent a video of it to my family because I was so amazed at how well it works. This pan was priced just a little higher than the other pan I was considering but I'm so glad I got this one instead.

Great induction pan, bought them twice. Both times the coating failed.

This is a very well made Pan. There's not too much you can say about it because it does everything it was intended to do. The thing I like about it is that it works very well on an induction cooker. My wife and I bought this for exactly that reason and we are quite pleased with it. It's one of those pans that with the proper care will be with you for a lifetime. In fact you'll want to be reincarnated as a chef just so you can use it even more.

While visiting my Dad he mentioned he needed a new large frying pan. I checked Amazon and was impressed with the reviews this pan got and purchased one for him. He loved it. I too needed a new frying pan and purchased one for myself and it is amazing. It has a true non-stick surface, food just slides out and clean up is a “snap”.

I liked this frypan because it had a heavy bottom and a sturdy handle. My only issue was with the finish. It was not as gleaming as some of my other stainless steel pans. As a result it was harder to clean.
