Great value for money, only down side i could give is keeping the humidity stable, couldn't find any info on how much water to put in

First time incubating
First time incubating eggs and it was a success, the hardest thing with this incubator is to get the humidity right. Apart from that it is a good little machine. I would recommend to some one new to it.

Broken and incomplete.
This item came damaged, with what appeared to be used bottles and no charger. Extremely disappointed and now have no incubator for my eggs arriving in 2 days.

Good incubator, but rotator broke after a couple of weeks
The incubator wasn’t too bad, we hatched some rare eggs in there, however on day 16 we realised the egg turner had stopped working.So had to manually turn,We’ve turned it on and off and still nothing and as it’s 30 days past we can’t return,

Not convinced, will try again soon.
Humidity kept dropping despite being in a non draughty, warm location. We followed the instructions to the letter, yet suspect the humidity was the reason for none of our eggs hatching. They all became embryos but didn't progress past day 8/9 sadly. It is also SO LOUD, like an air con unit constantly on for 21 days.
