I have to be honest, I'm not understanding all of the negative reviews for this mouse. I've had it for a few weeks, and so far, it's worked flawlessly for me.With that out of the way, here is a list of some of the pros, cons and unknowns of the mouse, so far ...PROS-EASY: It's so simple to just plug in the dongle and start mousing away.-SOFTWARE: The software works good and allows you to customize the buttons and scroll wheels in many different ways. The software installation was not straightforward, though, as I will mention in my "cons." I use the side scroll wheel for volume up/down, which is very convenient for me.-CONNECTIVIY: The mouse offers several ways to connect: via Bluetooth, dongle or wired (USB-C), and they work well. I mostly use the dongle so I can't speak to how well Bluetooth works on a consistent basis.-QUIET: The buttons make no noise when clicking, which can be very nice if you're in a quiet environment like a library or bedroom.CONS-CHEAP: The body of the mouse seems to be made with a flimsy and thin plastic material.-SOFTWARE: While the software works good after getting it set up, I had an issue with Windows 11 not allowing me to open it at first. Since this is a third-party app, you may have to change some Windows settings to get it to allow you to install it. However, this is common with many third-party apps and is not exclusive to this software.-LIMITED SCROLL FUNCTION: It would be nice if there was a smooth scroll feature that eliminated the ratcheted scrolling, or even if it just had a "quick/fast" scroll, but alas, it does not.UNKNOWNS-MACROS: I have not tried using the macros yet, so I cannot attest to the functionality or reliability of that features-LONGTERM CONNECTIVITY: As mentioned earlier, I have not used this much for Bluetooth. While I did pair it with Bluetooth and try it out for a few minutes without issue, others have mentioned having problems with disconnections via the Bluetooth method. I would advise, however, that if you do have these issues, use the included USB dongle instead of Bluetooth. I have been using it that way for a few weeks, and the connectivity is great with no dropped signals.THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM-If you bought this because you had a very -- ahem -- similar but much more expensive mouse, but wanted a second, cheaper option, rest assured that the transition to using this is fairly smooth. Yes, there are differences in how the scroll wheels and buttons work. These are not as effortless and there is no smooth/fast-scrolling method, which is disappointing. Also, the software has fewer bells and whistles. However, since you could get two or three of these for the price of one of those other pieces of logical tech, grabbing this as a second or third mouse to throw in your laptop bag or use in the kitchen, this one's a no-brainer, IMHO.

DO NOT BUYMouse is very very similar in form factor and operation to the MX Master. Love the metal scroll wheels, RGB lights, dongle storage, and multiple connection options.However...The bluetooth will not reconnect and must be re-paired every time it would be used. The dongle works every time with no problems. It feels a little cheap and the battery life is fairly short, but that is a bit of a give-in because of the RGB.Mouse would be 5-stars if the bluetooth stayed connected.UPDATE: Mouse cursor started drifting. It moves on its own quite a bit, making it unusable.

This was a fantastic mouse for about 5 months. Unfortunately, the main scroll wheel just broke suddenly. I can hear a piece rattling around in the mouse and the wheel is now fully disconnected. Real let down because I really enjoyed using it!

Price may be a little high for the quality of the build. Perhaps it's only because I haven't had my hands on too many other computer mice to compare it with, but nothing I touch on this mouse gives the feel of quality.That being said, what it lacks in quality is made up for in features, as this mouse has many adjustable settings and customizable buttons. With the software, the buttons can even be configured with macro commands.While the mouse does have three modes of connectivity, Bluetooth fails to stay connected to my computer. I must reconnect each time, which, without a mouse can be a bit of a pain. I can see someone returning it for that, and I may take the steps myself to do the same.Oh, and perhaps get your translator app ready, because nobody bothered to even poorly translate the instructions.

I was skeptical about purchasing such a premium mouse that had no reviews but I’d say it was worth it. Key Points:+Moving the mouse is as smooth as picking it up and moving it around in the air, almost no resistance+feels pretty high-quality, it’s also light too which is an interesting combination+Rechargeable battery which is nice and it seems to last a long time+It’s super quiet, both the buttons and scroll wheels can barely be heardOverall a good buy. I know it’s expensive for a mouse but if you want something quality then this is a great option!

I have ordered, a few different ergonomic mouse they were cute they were comfortable, but the main thing I needed was for them to have the ability to not only stroll vertical, but horizontal as well. I finally found the perfect mouse to do exactly what I need it to do. It is also very comfortable and I love that has the colorful lights which is a very cute accent feature.
