The instructions clearly state not to wear for over an hour so those with reactions it’s because they slept with it on etc. I’ve had a welt like reaction when leaving it on over an hour. Also taking off in the shower letting it get wet alleviates the pull of the tape. These don’t leak and are so handy.

These should be taken off the market!! The first time I used it, it all seemed well for about 15 minutes. Then the most excruciating pain happened to me! Awful pain went across my upper stomach, in my liver!! All I had done was put castor oil on the square, like the directions say to do. What ever was put on that pad, in China….. is poison!! I took it off right away and washed the skin sight. It took awhile before the pain subsided. I want these awful things removed from being sold, and I want my money back.

The package arrived all torn up and smashed. The product was OK. I just didn't like what happened to the packaging.

Good product as advertised, great to use with castor oil, adhere gently to the skin .

Very convenient at home or on the go. It absorbs the oil well and can last through at least a week of wearing. When I'm finished with it, I cut it in half and add additional oil if needed and use on my feet throughout the night. You just put each half on your foot and cover with a sock or wrap.
