Super durable drum pad.
My son asked for a drum pad to practice for competition band at home. This drum pad definitely fit the bill. He not only uses it at home almost daily, he also carries it back and forth to school 5 days a week to use there as well. It has held up well, even with all the transporting and playing it goes through. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a good drum pad!

This pad has been great so far after I purchased it
This is probably one of the best on the market for your money, its great for if you are doing snare, rudiments, practice show music or just to have fun with, the feel of the pad is similar tension to a real snare and its great that it has a rim to. What's also nice is its size for 13. something inch its a pretty nice size pad and the weight to its a hefty pad for your own practice highly recommend 5 stars.

If you play marching snare, having any other pad would be a shame.
This is THE best pad on the market. No doubts about it. Yes, it is relatively spendy, but there are a lot of good qualities to it and very few/no negatives.CONS:Putting the relatively high cost aside, if you play concert snare, this is probably not the pad for you. It's got a much firmer feel to it than a concert snare, and frankly you should just shoot for a super bouncy pad if that's your thing. If so, I'd recommend something like this: Evans 2-Sided Practice Pad, 12 InchMy only other issue with it is minor; it is a tad loud. As you get firmer pads, they get louder. This is just short of drumming on a book or magazine, although it is better than a real drum. :pPROS:One; it's made entirely of this rubbery practice pad material and hard plastic. My first pad was two pads glued onto pressboard, and the pressboard started to peel and break. Invader 1, other 0. There is a rim that (so far) hasn't dented any of the sticks I've bought. (2-0) The bounce on this pad is perfect, much better than other pads. (3-0) It fits perfectly inside a normal marching snare, and has a semi-sticky bottom. I've played on my pad at an angle of 45 degrees above parallel on a banister to a staircase. It's not going anywhere. (4-0) Sticks glide and never stick. It comes with a bottle of liquid wax, which I recommend you use to prevent it drying out or starting to look bad. The wax also helps sticks glide if you're doing stick tricks that involve them sliding across the surface of the snare. (5-0) Aesthetically, it's designed well, is circular (as opposed to hex- or octagonal pads that don't quite fit in a snare), and is simple. The only marking on the whole pad is the medallion on the bottom, which I know a few people have removed because it irks them. Eh, do what you will. I like it.SUMMARY: This will be the last pad you ever buy if you play marching snare or tenor drums. The pad fits perfectly in a snare or in a 4 tom, so I take mine to rehearsals to keep warm in between reps. If you keep it maintained, it will last for quite a while. It can be out in the rain, it can be dropped occasionally. It looks cool, and it feels like a real snare. Pick it up!

Best Pad i have ever used😍
This is crazy good. The best rebound ive seen in a pad. It may be a little pricey but its 100% worth it. Also this thing is indestructible. But only downside is weight. This thing is a little heavy but is not heavy enough to not to be a pad u might bring to school or travel with. And if ur asking "is this better than xymox?" rebound and general feel yes. But rim and snare sound lack because the rim is plastic and has no snare sound.

Sturdy and well built... but is a dust magnet
This pad is very well built and sturdy, but due to its shiny finish it attracts lots of dust and marking are way more prominent. If you are reading this I suggest buying the off world outlander. Same pad, same feel, different look and in my opinion better sound. If you want a sturdy pad that can help build chops definitely give this a shot!

The best pad you can get.
We have been through a couple of other practice pads for my son, but learned about the V3 pad after he went to an advanced camp this summer. The pad is heavy duty and does not bounce at all. It allows him to do all of his routines and even allows for rim shots. Overall, this is an outstanding practice pad.

Amazing pad
The pad feels amazing, some of the best rebound ever. The rim is the selling point for me, and it is great. The sound is reasonably quiet, but it sounds like a marching snare(sorta). It sticks to a table pretty well, doesn’t move at all. I feel like it won’t lose its grip. It is not something that you would carry around though, due to its weight. It’s not supper heavy, but it is heavier than a real feel. If you have the money then get this pad. It’s the best pad you can buy, outside of a xymox(which doesn’t exist anymore. If your in the market for a great pad with a rim this is your pad. There are others with a rim, but they don’t deliver quite the quality.
