This is a nice NAD supplement that I got for my husband who takes it daily. It is straight NAD which is a bit different than other NAD supplements which are fortified with other vitamins or minerals. The dosage is two per day and he only takes one which he is used to. He seems to like taking it and feels that it makes a difference in his overall energy and mood.

I like it so far and i feel that I have a bit more energy.

You might want to look into all these forms of vitamin B3 to see whether any are of interest to you:niacin, niacinamide (nicotinamide), nicotinamide riboside (this product), and inositol hexanicotinate.This one's similar to other NR products, with dosing being the only clear variable among them.

I have heard fantastic things about NAD, and decided to give this a try! I love how it's only NAD, and not some blend, so I can tell if it's really helping! The capsules are a good size, easy to swallow, and very high quality with no negative side effects! Overall I highly recommend!

The mass of a filled capsule was within a range between 580mg and 700mg. The average mass was 630mg. The empty veggie capsule was around 80mg.The serving size of two capsules indicates 1000mg of Nicotinamide Riboside. The only other listed ingredient is the veggie capsule itself. This suggests each capsule should contain approximately 500mg of nicotinamide riboside (NR) and 80mg for the capsule. Given the mass of each filled capsule was between 580mg and 700mg, it appears that each of these capsules is filled with at least the minimum labelled amount but may actually be over by up to 120mg (based on my own testing). Some variance could be attributed to the capsule vs. the NR as well.The flavor of the NR powder contained within is somewhat dry and flavorless. It was not an unpleasant or even noteworthy flavor, but it certainly did dry my mouth out quickly.The capsules seem to be about medium to large size and not especially difficult to swallow if you are comfortable with that kind of thing. It's certainly not in one of the extremes such as extra large or extra small.A cellophane wrapper was applied to the outside cap, and a safety seal was installed inside the bottle and in-tact. Do not use this product if the safety seal is missing. There was no cotton or other desiccant packet included in my bottle, this seems a bit unusual but also may just be because it's really not needed, i'm not entirely sure.The expiration date of the product i received was 09/2027 which is approximately 36 months from time of purchase. There was also a batch number clearly printed on the bottle.Overall this product seems to be of high quality though i will not be testing the purity of the product itself, but simply have to trust that the label is accurate.
