Another update. My fushias are loving this light. It’s been a long hot summer but the nights are great with the lights. Seems to perk them up. My coleus looks grand as well. It easily clips to anything and I can leave the timer in if we go away and my patio plants are getting the love they need. Update. The manufacturer reached out and quickly assisted!! Can’t wait to see how it works!!I. think there may be a short. It was blinking then the red will not stay on. How does one contact the manufacturer. Needs a fix to this malfunction. Thanks

I was disappointed about the USB power connection. I didn't read into it well enough. Also the wattage calculations do not match any USB chargers available. System claims 36 watts. 5 volts times 7.2 amps = 36 watts. where can i find a 7.2 amp USB power supply? After testing found this one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JB39CST/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I used a 1 AMP and a 2 AMP and this 3 AMP model. The 3 AMP really is much better.Pro:Works well.Excellent to configure and seems very durable.Large light coverage.Built in timer.Brightness level adjust.CONS:No Power supply.Claims 36 watts but that can not be since the power supply can only put out so much. Get the highest amperage USB power supply for a 5 volt system that you can.Overall:I would recommend this one but be prepared to spend more for a good USB charger in addition to the cost of the unit. . So far these really do work well.

I've ordered the plant lights for my bestfriend and I. We both love plants. I have indoor and outdoor plants and the lights have been EXCELLENT for the plants to grow, remain healthy and promote growth. I bought 3 lights.Two of the triple head lights were defective after a few usages. I got in contact with the seller, after filling out the warranty card in the box. I received EXCELLENT customer service. The Representative was EXCELLENT responding to my email, showed genuine support and trouble shooting. The result was sending me two replacements, and the techs tested them before sending them out. The Representative continued to stay in contact with me during the order, tracking and email me 1st after the package was delivered. You can't beat that service. My lights are working wonderfully!! 5 stars because the product works and for the service that I received.

Got this light for my little plants that looked as if they were going to die. So far so good. They look like they are doing much better and growing.

I Received it on the 2nd day. I Use it in my kitchen and it sets nicely as display . The control panel is smart , the light is beautiful . Will recommend to all.

I am using this product for my sump under my saltwater aquarium and my caulerpa loves the light!!

This was not at all what I expected and wouldn't stay turned on for more than 10 minutes. It came with a USB power cord, which was useless and I probably wasn't using it right. I returned it.

My plants die I don’t know if it was related to the the light or I just don’t have a green thumb. But my hydroponic garden just weathered away and died.

The first light arrived a few days early but only worked for a few short days. I was asked by Dragon Light to try a different wall brick. I tried wall bricks purchased from Amazon, one from Apple and another from Samsung none of the wall bricks made any difference. My new light then would not remain on it would turn off after just a few short moments. Dragon Light agreed to ship me a new replacement light. I waited for approximately one month to receive my new light. Dragon Light blamed Amazon for the delay in shipping claiming it was Amazon's busy season. I then contacted Amazon and was informed that Dragon Light was shipping me my replacement light directly. During my extended wait period I continued to receive Prime packages. My replacement worked just fine for about two weeks, all the while I was being asked to review my replacement light. I informed Dragon Light I was waiting to review my replacement light after I was confident the new light would remain working. When I re positioned the light Friday evening October 10 2018 one of the LED tubes became unglued from it's housing. I spent part of my Friday evening carefully cleaning the LED tube and the light housing so I could use adhesives to make a connection between the two separated pieces. The operation was a success. This is my worst Amazon purchase to date and I have been an Amazon member for Six years. Spend you hard earned money elsewhere. I will not be seeking a refund or and exchange, I don't want to pay return shipping for the piece and I am certainly not interested in waiting one more month for another defective replacement. I also purchased a square LED hanging fixture from another seller that has 225 full spectrum LED's, this fixture it's about 10 bucks more and needs to be suspended but it works very well and needs about the same same space as the Dragon Light I will be buying another.Sincerely,Jonny

Initially my light timer did not work. I contacted customer service and my light was replaced quickly. Since using the light I have had many coworkers comment on how great of an idea it is. My plants love the lights and with winter coming I am excited to see the difference it will make.

It really does make plants grow faster!I was a little surprised to see that this was not a regular plug-in light, but rather a USB plug. Perhaps I skipped over that part in the online description. I managed to make it all work out though, so no biggie.I was amazed when I saw plants that were supposed to sprout after 21-35 days sprout in only 9-10 days! Also, I almost always have seeds that don't germinate but with this light I have a much higher success rate. Great product!

Seems like it's really well made. No issues so far. Most likely will buy some more. Using a 5V 4A Fast Charging Travel Wall Charger with Over-voltage Protection for a Samsung S8 iPhone 8 Plus as the power source. I also tried it on a regular 2A source and works good too.

Bought it at the end of September, is the beginning of December and one of the arm with the lights doesnt work anymore, I tried everything and is not coming back. Dont waste your money, I should have spend it on grow bulbs instead
