I purchased these to go in a garage which had only two outlets on each side of the two walls and they were up high and we turned the garage into a large bedroom for my sister and we needed outlets closer to the floor and further apart this worked out beautifully Not only that we have the Jacks, but it provided Internet outlets and USBMC plugs or outlet outlets

Esthetically pleasing and easy to install. The only thing I would change is have the mounting stickers be removable. Be sure they are where you want them before placing on wall. It peels the paint off.

Be aware: if you use the child-proofing cover for this power strip, you will not have access to the other plug in a two-plug outlet. The cover goes over both receptacles, and only has accommodation for one cord to come out.That said, this is a really solid and safe way to get electric plugs up and out of a baby's way. I'm reassured by the testing credentials, too! Everything fits together snugly and securely, it looks nice, and it works!

Frequently I find myself needing a way to access power plugs behind bedroom furniture or kitchen equipment but don't want a plug sticking out of the wall 3-4 inches and forcing items that far away from the wall.
