Better than my Stihl. Works great, cheap price, seems to be high quality
This saw is a beast. Once assembled properly (not too hard, just make sure the chain cutting edge is facing the right way or you'll be disassembling it again). It seems to work amazingly well. I have a (new) Stihl271 ms I will do a field test with and compare the two shortly...but this seems to cut better initially, and cost about 1/4 the amount.Update: I wish I'd waited to get this in the mail before I got my Stihl. The pictures I've updated are old and knotty black walnut. This "off brand" cut through very large knotty logs in at LEAST half the time it took my Stihl to get through them. Even longwise in the case of one particularly thick stump. This has about 1 more horsepower than my Stihl (so about 25% more), starts easier, cuts better, cuts faster. If I'd been smart, I'd have bought 2 of these, kept one in reserve, and pocketed the other $250 I spent on my"name brand, best there is" chainsaw. Seriously. Learn from my mistake. This thing is fantastic, I'm basing this opinion of a side by side field test with a brand new Stihl 271ms and this one, on pretty thick black walnut (hardwood) logs with lots of knots. This one is embarrassingly better and will be my go to chainsaw. I may buy another one anyway just to keep on hand, it's really that good.

it is worth the money!!!
My husband broke three chainsaws before this . So I purchased this for the price since I was kind of sceptical about him break this too. However the chainsaw is so far working without any problems. It is easy to start, noise is bearable. It is also quite powerful and easy to manevrue. Functional design, size is perfect for medium jobs. I also like to add that costumer service is easy to reach and assist with the problems. One of the part was a little crooked when arrived, so we contacted the costumer service via whatsapp and they immediately sent us the replacement part, So it is worth the money!

Excellent Chainsaw, failed 20" bar.
The 20" Supmix chainsaw is an excellent chainsaw, it deserves a 5 star rating. Its easy to use, easy to start and cuts very well, as long as you have a sharp chain. The only problem I encountered was the bar sprocket failed, the star tip end, when I had a kick-back, on a large diameter log. I have purchased many a chainsaw, but this is the first bar that failed. I didn't notify Amazon until now. I have already purchased a new 20" bar through Amazon, and the chainsaw if running great.

Amazing!! Best saw ever!!!
Used on down oak tree. This saw cut circles around stihl. Brother-in-law a nonstop woodcutter recommended saw. Easy to start, powerful . Easy set up. Cuts up wood like it’s butter, chips flying! New chain will stretch so tighten once in a while. Seven tanks of gas and still sharp. Friends impressed! Buying more see picture under Roger review. Fairly lightweight up for an old person like me. Buy one now!!!!! Update 02/2025. Still in love with this saw! No problems starting or chain issues. Looks like new yet. Cutting wood for next year most everyday, my big name saws are sitting on shelf. Still so happy with value for money .update 03/25 a better chainsaw for price can not be found. I’ve used this saw HARD for several months and it still cuts circles around big name saws I spend a fortune for. Tighten the chain, sharpen chain and most importantly clean the saw after use. A no brainer but people just don’t than complain saw is junk. Just buy it good people, clean it and let friends beg you to get them one too. Brothers saw still like new too!!’

Do not waste your money
I ordered this saw and was somewhat easy to put together however would not start. When I tried to start the saw after several attempts and re-reading troubleshooting the saw, I reached out the Amazon who sent the seller an email. Vender replied indicating they were not available for about a week and I would need to contact them. This was unacceptable and sent another email back to them in which they replied for me to take video of me attempting to start and send back to them. I thought taking the saw apart would be easier so started doing my own trouble shooting and found the sparkplug to be faulty. After replacing, the saw started up. The problem is after I ran the saw for about 10 minutes it then stopped. Have not been able to take apart and diagnose issue but think it is likely something to do with the gear that moves the chain.

Good inexpensive saw
Its a decent unit for the price. It has good power. Everything is good about in most cases. The one i received the throttle trigger hold button was broken. It does not affect the way it runs. Started right up after some quick tuning on the high speed carb adjustment it runs and cuts as well as any of my higher priced saws.

Take a chance. Absolutely worth its value!
Was a little hesitant at first just because of the lower cost. But when I fired tbis up it ran pefectly. Used it ti cut down two topped trees that were roughly 14’ tall and 36“ diameter. So two felled trees, cut them into 20” rounds and split them for our wood fireplace in Colorado. Little over a cord of clean wood. I will never spend the money again on a Husqavarna or Stihl....ever.Plus I had some questions about this product and their customer service was responsive and very well informed on these products so I appreciate their service and attentiveness to their customer. and I will be back again.
