High quality & surprisingly roomy
After years of dealing with flimsy zippers, cheap plastic shells, and clunky wheels, I decided it was time to upgrade. I'm so glad I did because this suitcase has exceeded every expectation that I had and then some. Right out of the packaging, I could tell the build was high quality. The zipperless aluminum frame is solid, secure, and a lot more durable than anything I've owned before. I love that I don't have to fight with broken zippers or worry about them bursting mid-trip. The hard-shell exterior adds to that sense of durability. It’s rugged enough to withstand being thrown around by baggage handlers, but still manages to look sleek and modern. I love the deep forest green color. It's sleek and distinctive without being flashy, and the matte finish helps hide scuffs and fingerprints. The 360° spinner wheels are smooth as butter. I can maneuver this thing with one finger, even on carpet and uneven tile. It rolls effortlessly through airports and narrow aisles, and it doesn't tip or wobble even when fully packed. Besides the typical features, this one has smart features that actually make a difference when you’re on the move. The built-in USB charging port is incredibly convenient. All you have to do is put a power bank in the dedicated slot, and you're good to go. It was super convenient to charge my phone during a layover without having to dig through my bag for a cord. The built-in cup and phone holder actually came in handy more than I thought they would. It's perfect when you’re juggling coffee, a boarding pass, and a phone all at once. The dimensions are perfect for a carry-on, and I’ve had zero issues fitting it into overhead bins. It's much more spacious on the inside than I expected. The compartments are well thought out, making it easy to keep everything organized. I packed for a 4-day business trip and still had room to spare. This is hands down the best carry-on I’ve ever owned. It’s functional, durable, and clearly made with real travelers in mind. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a high quality carry-on.

It's like having a mobile office on the outside of my luggage.
Is there a such thing as having too much luggage? As someone that finds themselves traveling often and in the process of packing but also doesn't like to unpack as swiftly or promptly as I probably should, having extra luggage is almost a necessity. In this particular luggage piece is exactly the airline approved size so I don't have to worry about it not fitting anywhere or passing the carry on size check. I love the design and it zips and unzips fluidly. It also has a phone mount in the handle which is amazingly useful especially when you're all but running through a busy airport trying to get to your next gate. It's really sturdy and durable too, because I've banged it around a few times already and I know the luggage handlers have done so as well lol.On top of that it has built-in charging ports as well as a built-in cup holder I cannot tell you how much this thing feels like a business woman's dream come true because it's like having a little mobile office on the outside of my luggage cuz it even has a hook on the side for a little bags like a toiletry bag or a snack bag.All in all an amazing piece of luggage that I can't get enough of.

Poor instructions on resetting lock combinations
Overall, I think I'm going to enjoy my new Nobl carryon. However, Nobl could do a much better job on providing instructions for changing the lock combinations. The carryon came with had two sets of instructions for changing the lock combinations, both in tiny print that almost required a magnifying glass to read. One set of instructions was for the lock to the computer storage area and one set for the two locks on the main part of the suitcase. Although the print was small, the instructions relating to the computer storage area were easy to follow. However, not so much for the other two locks. The instructions for the other two locks refer to a "resettable button" but does not indicate where to find it. Unfortunately, I assumed that it was near the face of the lock like the one for the computer storage area -- not so! After spending a great deal of time trying to reset these combinations, I finally found that I had to open the suitcase and look on the back of each lock for the individual "resettable buttons". Sure would have been easier if Nobl had included that bit of info in the instructions.
