One of the best devices and quite inexpensive for the great benefit it provides.
A great device, easy and comfortable to use, nothing complicated.It gives a great benefit that can be seen after a short time of use. I am very satisfied and I don't understand why I didn't discover it before.Totally recommended.

It's effective so far and useful for the total body workout
This power roller is by far the effective machine that can build strength to the acquired muscle groups of most of the body. It also increases power and strength definitely to the muscles of the abs. Guaranteed great product!

So far so good but worried about longevity
When I'm rolling, not sure if it's because I put too much weight on it but I hear a bit of noise so I'm worried about the longevity of it-I'm about 135 pounds but I can't put much weight on my legs so probably putting most of it on the twister to stabilize myself as I pull back up.

Great product at a very fair cost
I am 82 years old in a home care facility. I get little exercise and the power twister is really helping me to exercise is a small space. My muscles are being used and I already am feeling the results. It is simple to use and most durable.

Missing Pieces, Appears to be used
The unit appears to be used. One of the wheels came installed and was missing the lock nut for the other wheel. Cannot be used with wheels.

Overall it is excellentGreat for arm strength, shoulder strength, back strength2 minor flawsThe bar to hold it together is flimsyMeaning it will pop out when closedI wish they had an adapter for doing leg exercisesI had to put it in between my thighs which is uncomfortable

Top notch quality equipmemt
I have been using the power twister for a couple of weeks now and I think it's a wonderful piece of equipment. You can work all 3 areas of your chest and the wheels for the an roller function is a nice addition.It's made out of metal and high quality plastic, so I can only assume that the twister will be very durable.Customer service is also amazing. I had a little question and it was answered very quickly.If you are looking to buy one of these, I would highly recommend this one!

bon produit mais arriver au niveau 13, 14 et 15 le twister grince , le bruit est desagreable
