Just find Global knives extremely good. Comfortable in my hand, stay sharp, though as any chef will tell you ALL knives need to be sharpened. Added to bolster my set.

Versatile knife
This knife is the GSF 46 for anyone that's interested. Its an 8cm parer with a thicker blade than other Globals, which makes it a little more versatile. I recommend it over the others if you need a small knife for more than just peeling, but a utility knife is a little too large

Miss leading description
This knife was described as being 23cm long. The blade is only 8 cm.I am returning it.Amazon stop being misleading.
