Good for "the final stretch" of fat loss, if you don't want something harsh
This supplement takes an unsual approach as far as fat loss supplements go. The typical formulation is basically a caffiene pill. More enlightened companies use green coffee bean extract (thermogenic, medium amount of caffiene) and L-carnitine. The makers of mars (that's it's actual spelling) use non-traditional ingredients. At the top of their list is psyllium husk, but there's not enough in those small capsules to have any real effect. Moringa and dandelion root, however, have a different story. In addition to being loaded with nutrients, these show some evidence of improving glucose management and shifting the body toward burning fat. This also contains green tea extract, which has a mild fat-burning effect. However, it is used by bodybuilders for its diuretic effects. A week or two out from the contest or photoshoot, many bodybuilders begin taking green tea extract to remove excess water out from the skin so their skin is tighter.I would classify mars as a good fat loss supplement if you are already close to your goal and just want to avoid taking anything harsh. Of course, no supplement is going to compensate for eating processed food instead of real food or for overeating. If you have the right expectations, you will be happy with what mars does for you.

Helped Control My Snacking Urges
I found myself less likely to get the munchies in mid-afternoon or in the evening. That was helpful, though I didn't lose any pounds. I didn't gain any either and that is an achievement at this point. The bottle contains one month's supply. They recommend taking these for 2 months to see the best results. So, looks like I need to get another bottle. I appreciate that the ingredients are natural ones.

Beneficial Ingredients - "Fat Burn" Label is a Stretch
The ingredients in the product are good: Moringa and Soursop are antioxidants, and Psyllium Husk can aid in digestion. However the ingredient amounts are in small quantities, IMO, especially the psyllium which has 100 mg in 2 tablets; that is a very low dose. The bottle was sealed well but the label takes a magnifying glass to read. The pills are easy to swallow but I highly doubt there are any fat-burning qualities, and the ingredients are in very small amounts to have much benefit.

Reduction in food noise and more stable energy levels each day. I’m now a long term customer.

It also plays a role in increasing the bioavailability of other nutrients, specifically green tea extract. With green tea extract it specifically inhibits glucuronidation which is a metabolic step in digestion that normally would reduce the bioavailability of green tea extract. It is also a source of antioxidants which protects your cells from free radical damage (oxidation for example).Dandelion root extract - contains phytochemicals, including taraxasterol, taraxerol, and chlorogenic acid. It has been linked to promoting healthy hormone balance and supporting a healthy level of estrogen by blocking one mode of its conversion to its bioactive form. Dandelions are choleretic, meaning they stimulate the production and flow of bile needed to digest and absorb dietary fats. It also has been flagged for its anti-inflammatory properties.Maringa - packed with antioxidants protecting cells from free radical damage. Most studies that exist are based on animal consumption. However, early human trials have shown promising results with things like reduction in post meal blood glucose levels in humans and may promote wound healing with people with or without diabetes. Additional results showed potential results that show that it may to have anti-inflammatory properties, may improve heart health, may lower blood pressure, may even lower cholesterol, and improve gut, liver and kidney health. Quite a long list of potential benefits and that isn’t even all of themGraviola extract - lots of material on antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These may not seem like the best benefits in the world but inflammation is definitely underestimated for how bad it really is on our bodies (all of our organs).Green tea extract - antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Green tea is rich in catechins and caffeine, which have both been shown to assist in weight loss by regulating the hormones that can enhance thermogenesisJust search online for science articles/journal papers of each of them and most of this information can easily be found (not behind a paywall).Opportunities:Not really any. Just be aware of any interactions with other medication you could be taking. *cross check all of them with any current medications or possible current illnesses you have to make sure it couldn’t make anything worse. If you are not sure, it’s best to consult your doctor.Final thoughts and observations:This, without a doubt works for me without. I am usually not one to take herbal supplements and am an above average health adult but have some small opportunities in overall weight with overeating (eating too fast) and snacking. Since starting to take this, without any nutrition or lifestyle changes, this has taken away the need for me to dedicate extra energy to focus on slowing down when eating (to help me feel full at the right amount of food), reduces the food noise after eating a meal and in between meals, and I don’t get any late night food cravings. I am actually quite surprised because this isn’t exactly a revolutionary list of ingredients and a good amount of them are in a lot of other supplements out there. However, there are some unique and more uncommon ingredients that I haven’t tried before like maringa and graviola that may be a source of these noticeable benefits I am experiencing *or* it could be the synergy of all of the ingredients with each other that is reason behind its success. Either way, I am now convinced.
